Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy for orders from the European Union, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return, as specified in the conditions of sale - right to return provided the order was shipped to an address within the European Union.

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all accessories, tags, user manuals, and in the original packaging (which must also be in perfect condition). You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can log in to your customer account at the bottom of the website under “Login and Returns” or contact us at info@basketballstore.net. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions and the return address. For orders shipped to Italy, you can choose to send the product via your own carrier or have Basketball Store arrange for pickup at your home, in which case we will handle the return using our own carrier (at a cost of €7.90). You are responsible for the return shipping costs, while the initial shipping costs for the product - excluding any expedited shipping surcharges - will be fully refunded. Please note that if the product is defective, the return shipping costs will also be refunded. For orders shipped internationally, the return address will be provided upon approval of your request. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For shipments from non-EU countries, you must correctly fill out the customs declaration indicating that it is a return, declaring the package as “Returned Goods,” to avoid any customs fees charged to the customer.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your shipping country is not Italy, delivery of the goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us with any return questions at info@basketballstore.net.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and remedy it. Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products and personal care products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

CHANGES

You can request a replacement for the product due to incorrect size or other reason within 14 days from the date you received it. You can request a replacement by filling out the RMA returns form at the bottom of the site or by contacting us at info@basketballstore.net. The quickest way to exchange products is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Ifyour exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions and address for returning the merchandise. Basketball Store will handle the product exchange with its own courier at a cost of € 7,90.

REFUND

On receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to its original payment method within 14 days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund as well.
