Shipping policy
Orders received by noon Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon are processed and shipped the next business day.
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Thereafter, you will receive, again via e-mail, the tracking code for the shipment. Keep in mind that product unavailability, large number of orders, problems with the postal service, or other unforeseen events may cause a delay in package shipment.
The order, if consisting of multiple items, may be shipped in different packages or shipments.
SHIPPING TO ITALY
We offer free shipping to Italy on orders of at least €50.00 with average transit time of 48/72 hours (Poste Delivery Business, BRT, UPS, FedEx or other carrier). If you are in a great hurry you can purchase the express surcharge (FedEx, DHL or other carrier) with 24/36 hour delivery. Keep in mind that these are approximate estimates and transit times vary depending on the delivery address.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
We offer shipping to Europe with costs starting from € 14.00. The exact shipping cost is calculated at check-out and varies depending on the country/CAP of destination and quantity or volume of goods purchased. We ship with DHL, BRT, UPS, or other carriers.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU
We also ship to countries outside the European Union, provided they are eligible for checkout. Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, the weight and the volume of the shipment. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees required by local authorities are not included in the price and remain entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Any delays due to customs procedures are not the responsibility of Basketball Store. For orders shipped outside the European Union, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
You are responsible for the shipping address you enter in your order. If your package is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged for delivery, return and any storage fees.
DELAY DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Unforeseen events can happen. However, we strive to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation and payment.
MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If it has not received your order but the courier has reported that it has been delivered, you should notify us as soon as possible via email at info@basketballstore.net. We will file a complaint with the shipping carrier involving local law enforcement and postal police. We will replace or refund your order upon completion of the investigation (which can take up to 21 days).
