Size measurement
To find your ideal size, measure the distance between the heel and the toes.

Stand on a hard surface with your heels flat against the wall
With a measuring tape or ruler, measure the length from heel to toe
Search for your size using the " Heel to Toe Distance " column

Make sure you measure up to the longest point of your fingers. If either foot is slightly larger, purchase the right size for it. Measure your feet in the afternoon (feet tend to swell throughout the day) and make sure the weight on them is distributed evenly.
